About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer (3-5 Years) to join our team immediately. This full-time, permanent position offers remote/hybrid work options with a base in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Craton Technologies, located in India, supports US-based clients by designing and deploying robust Salesforce solutions across the entire project lifecycle. The role encompasses requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, development (Apex, LWC), testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required

• Development: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Workflow Rules is essential. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations (JSON/XML) is mandatory.
• Sector Expertise: Strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Work Orders, Technician Scheduling, and Field Service processes is highly preferred.
• Tools & Certifications: Familiarity with Data Loader, Workbench, Developer Console, HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Preferred certifications include Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, and Administrator roles.
