Salesforce Developer

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will provide technical leadership, champion best practices, and collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.

Your Role

Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura). Focus on building solutions that are scalable, performant, and maintainable.

Your Profile

• Architect and implement complex business workflows using Salesforce configuration tools such as Workflows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Object/Field customization.
• Design and build reusable Lightning components, ensuring consistent UI/UX standards across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Own and guide Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
• Enforce best practices for unit testing, code coverage, code reviews, and deployments using Change Sets, ANT, or Salesforce DX.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical direction within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design, support data migration activities, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain clear technical documentation.
