Salesforce Data Analyst

EY’s B2B Sales and Operations team seeks a Salesforce Data Analyst and Operations Coordinator to bridge the gap between data systems and execution. This role requires a highly analytical, process-driven individual to manage data integrity, design smart automations, and coordinate offshore data agents. Your responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for the offshore data steward team, managing daily activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
• Reviewing data quality dashboards daily to identify and resolve inconsistencies, providing detailed analytics on Salesforce account movements, territory changes, and data discrepancies.
• Designing, building, and deploying automated workflows to streamline support channels and eliminate manual overhead.
• Documenting and maintaining centralized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using AI and modern operational tools to keep them updated with evolving business rules.
• Offering 1:1 support to resolve localized data and routing issues.

This position emphasizes independent problem-solving, a proactive mindset, and the ability to optimize sales operations. Training will be provided, but a self-driven, analytical approach is essential.
