POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a talented back-end engineer to join our team and work on Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects. You will develop high-quality web applications delivering personalized shopping experiences.

You will collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders while following best practices for code quality and scalability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design scalable back-end solutions for SFCC ensuring performance and reliability.
Integrate Salesforce Commerce Cloud with third-party services using RESTful web services, OCAPI, and custom cartridges.
Optimize existing integrations with custom third-party APIs.
Manage and configure SFCC Business Manager to optimize product catalogs, promotions, and storefront performance. Debug issues using browser developer tools and other utilities.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment using Git, Jenkins, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay updated on latest trends in web development and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Experience and Skills:

Proficiency in SFCC architecture including back-end systems and data models.
Able to implement customizations using ISML, JavaScript, OCAPI for complex business domains.
Familiar with web services integration (RESTful, OCAPI).
Experience with Git, Jenkins, and other versioning/deployment tools.
Strong knowledge of web standards and accessibility best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
6 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud development using SFRA, Pipelines, Controllers, Demandware Script, etc.
