Salesforce B2B Developer Role

Join Ekloud Data Labs as a Salesforce B2B Developer and contribute to innovative projects. This remote position offers a dynamic work environment focused on leveraging Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support and development for assigned applications and projects.
• Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (including Lightning Web Runtime), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Utilize declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builders as needed.
• Integrate Experience Cloud / B2B Commerce with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Order Management Systems (OMS) using standard e-commerce integrations for payments, taxes, inventory, invoices, and order history.
• Proactively research and understand Salesforce features to meet evolving business requirements.
• Develop clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Execute and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.
• Create and manage system configuration documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with the development team using tools like Jira, Slack, source code management, and DevOps platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of comprehensive Salesforce development experience across various clouds (CRM, Service, Sales, Experience Cloud) with proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Controllers & Triggers, Web Services, and Flows.
• At least 2 years of specialized development experience in either Experience Cloud (partner/customer portals) or B2B Commerce (Lightning).
• Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce data model, including Products, Price Books, Accounts & Contacts, with the ability to extend them and effectively use custom objects.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external applications via external APIs (REST, SOAP, XML), middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Boomi), or native Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience implementing and integrating Salesforce AppExchange products.
• Proficiency with Salesforce data management tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, and DemandTools.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills for requirement gathering, design delivery, and team updates.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, Content Management System (CMS), and other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service, Sales).
• Possession of Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator/Developer I/II certifications.
• Experience implementing common e-commerce integrations including payment gateways, tax calculation, inventory management, shipping methods, address validation, and order status updates.
