Salesforce Azure DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We're hiring an experienced Salesforce DevOps Developer (8+ Years) for a Full-Time Hybrid/Remote position. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines across the Salesforce ecosystem to enable faster, reliable releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset, Copado, Flosum, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
• Manage Git-based source control, branching strategies, and automated deployments across all environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Staging & Production)
• Build automated testing frameworks utilizing Apex, Selenium, or Provar
• Oversee sandbox management, environment strategies, release governance, and production support

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 4+ in DevOps/Release Engineering
• Expertise in Gearset, Copado, Flosum, AutoRABIT; CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Mastery of Git & SFDX (Salesforce CLI); Proficiency in Apex, LWC & Visualforce
• Scripting skills in Shell/Python/PowerShell and strong communication abilities

Premier Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Copado certifications
• Familiarity with Industry Clouds (FSC, Health Cloud), Docker/Kubernetes, ITSM/ITIL & Agile methodologies
