Role: Salesforce App Developer/Admin

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator for our organization's Salesforce implementation, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
• Manage all aspects of security: create new users/deactivate accounts, configure roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups to enforce data governance.
• Design and maintain robust reports and dashboards tailored to specific end-user needs for actionable insights.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support via ticket management system; promptly diagnose and resolve user-reported issues regarding configuration or access.
• Gather requirements from sales teams and stakeholders to identify gaps in current workflows and propose solutions.
• Implement automation using Salesforce Flows, manage page layouts, record types, custom settings, field definitions, object relationships, schema design, security models, and workflow rules based on architectural specifications.
• Execute large-scale data migration projects utilizing tools like Data Loader and Workbench to ensure clean, accurate data transfer.

Skill Requirements:

• Degree in BTech/BCA or relevant IT field.
• 2-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Development.
