Salesforce Administrator Position

GroundTruth is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team immediately or within 15 days. This role is fully remote and operates during the night shift (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST), offering a unique opportunity for candidates with flexible time management skills. Ideal candidates will thrive in a proactive, detail-oriented environment where they can build scalable Salesforce solutions, optimize business processes, and support cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• University degree or Salesforce certification (ADM 201).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, automation, reporting, and data management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and Lightning Experience.
• Proven ability to design, build, and optimize integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party apps).
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to support users and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering and maintaining the Salesforce platform, including user access, security settings, and system configurations.
• Customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Developing and maintaining automation processes (Flows, approvals) to improve efficiency.
• Ensuring data integrity through imports, exports, and governance practices.
• Collaborating with teams to support integrations, deployments, and platform enhancements.
• Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and user training.
