Salesforce Admin & Developer 5+yrs

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Admin & Developer to join our team remotely anywhere within India (5+ years experience required). You will be responsible for system architecture, custom development, and managing multi-product environments.

• Salesforce Experience Cloud: Design, configure, and customize sites using Experience Builder and building components with LWC/LWR. Manage audience targeting and user permissions.
• PRM & Channel Knowledge: Implement PRM portals, handle deal registration, and build partner-driven workflows for renewals and expansion.
• Development Skills: Advanced proficiency required in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Flow automation, Triggers, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Integrations: Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external backends like billing engines or middleware tools.

Salesforce AI / Agentforce Experience (Preferred): Direct experience with Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder for sales/service workflows.
MSP Environments: Prior work in B2B SaaS, Managed Service Provider models, or multi-tenant ecosystems.
