Sales Telecaller Position in Pune
Raj Process Equipments And System is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller to enhance its Process Equipment sales team in Pune. This full-time role involves generating leads, nurturing prospective clients, and actively supporting the sales department to boost revenue. The ideal candidate will possess prior B2B telecalling experience, ideally within industrial products, machinery, or process equipment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases.
- Develop qualified leads for the sales team.
- Promote and detail company offerings in process equipment.
- Identify client needs and arrange appointments for field sales executives.
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records diligently.
- Manage follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, and submitted proposals.
- Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships.
- Meet monthly objectives for lead generation and sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams for product information.
- Compile daily and weekly performance reports.
Required Skills and Competencies
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Familiarity with industrial products or process equipment is beneficial.
- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Proficiency in negotiation and follow-up strategies.
- A foundational understanding of sales cycles and CRM software.
- A self-motivated, target-driven approach.
- Competence in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, email).
Qualifications
- Completion of any Graduation is mandatory.
- An MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in industrial machinery, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, or similar process equipment is advantageous.
- Comfortable communicating with plant managers, heads of purchasing, and engineers.
- Possess strong professional communication skills.
