We are seeking a highly driven Sales Specialist with a background in Mechanical Engineering for field sales roles across Delhi-NCR (Manesar HQ).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Sales & Client Visits: Travel extensively to meet directly with manufacturing plants, OEMs, and prospective clients.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new business opportunities and drive leads through successful closure of technical packaging solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with senior sales leadership, provide accurate daily field reports, share market intelligence, and coordinate internal operations.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with plant heads, engineers, and purchase managers.

    Required Qualifications:
  • Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is strictly mandatory.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years. We encourage aggressive freshers looking for a career in technical B2B sales.
  • Mobility: A valid Driving License and personal vehicle are mandatory due to continuous daily travel requirements.
