Sales Service Engineer - Pharmaceutical Tablet Tooling
SINGHANIA TABLETING Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Service Engineer to spearhead sales, servicing, and customer support for our comprehensive range of tablet tooling (punches and dies) within the pharmaceutical tablet compression sector. This role offers a significant opportunity to develop and manage sales, identify new business avenues in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and allied industries, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business. You will be instrumental in conducting product presentations and technical discussions with prospective and current customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service & Support: Execute on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs for machinery and products.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment reliability.
- Technical Sales Support: Develop and deliver impactful product presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Foster strong client rapport, promptly address technical inquiries, and identify opportunities for after-sales service and upgrades.
- Reporting: Compile accurate service reports, meticulously log repairs, and maintain comprehensive documentation for customer accounts.
- Competitor Analysis: Research and report on competitor products to inform customized client solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder preferred, ideally in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.
