This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new customer accounts, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and consistently meeting ambitious sales targets.
Key responsibilities include proactively researching and identifying new business opportunities and key decision-makers. You will lead discovery meetings to understand client needs, present tailored recommendations, and define strategic next steps. Developing comprehensive business plans for each account and crafting compelling proposals and quotations will be essential. A deep understanding of client business objectives and the ability to propose RRD's solutions to achieve their strategic goals are paramount. You will also champion RRD's additional services and products, leveraging internal resources effectively. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise through close collaboration with seasoned sales professionals. Partnering with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle are critical. Accurate forecasting and diligent maintenance of Salesforce.com records are also required, along with participation in special projects as assigned.
