Sales Operations Analyst

About the Role

The Red Hat Global Business Delivery Team in Pune, India, seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support executive-level sales operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring data quality and accuracy, managing reporting processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, IT, and other operational teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sales operations processes focusing on timely delivery of accurate reports.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for the business team.
• Investigate data integrity issues, root cause analysis, and implement resolutions within the CRM environment (primarily Salesforce).
• Develop and maintain dashboards that support critical decision-making.
• Leverage AI tools approved by Red Hat to enhance productivity and automate operational tasks.
• Support system enhancements, migrations, and governance compliance across the sales organization.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related analytical field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, CRM Ops, or Data Analysis within an IT/SaaS environment.
• Proven expertise with Salesforce for opportunity management and reporting is essential.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets) and data manipulation skills including API usage.
• Deep understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle, Route to Market strategies, and IT service delivery contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently while communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
