Sales Operations Analyst

Pegasus Laboratories, Inc. (part of PBI-Gordon Companies) is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Pensacola, FL or Shawnee, KS. This role is crucial in supporting sales teams by providing essential analytics and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue growth and successful product launches. You will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity and improving overall sales performance.

Key responsibilities include compiling and analyzing data across various platforms, leading the creation and validation of reports using tools like Power BI, and building/optimizing sales and operations technology stacks (including Power BI, HubSpot, data warehouse tools, and CRM systems like Focus CRM). You will collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams to deliver insights on product and territory performance, market penetration, and sales target development. Data validation against distributor tracing data for incentive performance reporting, partnering with Channel, Corporate, E-Comm managers to measure program effectiveness, and ensuring CRM data accuracy and integrity are also key aspects of this role. You will leverage ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365) and project management skills to support sales and marketing operations, and collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing teams on campaign effectiveness, customer targeting, segmentation, and ROI analysis.
