Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and target-oriented Sales Officer for Helios LUXE in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will deliver premium experiences, achieve sales targets, and uphold high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers to understand their specific requirements.
• Recommend premium/luxury watches tailored to customer preferences.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets consistently.
• Maintain expert knowledge of luxury watch brands, collections, and features.
• Manage billing, POS transactions, exchanges, and after-sales queries efficiently.
• Possess product displays, visual merchandising, and adhere to strict store standards.
• Oversight stock management, inventory control, and daily sales reporting.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree (Graduate).
• 2 - 7 years of experience in retail, luxury goods, premium lifestyle brands, watches, or fashion accessories.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric approach with strong sales drive and professional grooming.
• Familiarity with basic computer/POS systems required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
