Key responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager with Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring compliance, modeling excellent customer service and selling techniques, providing Manager-on-Duty coverage, overseeing POS and Self-Checkout systems, managing in-store programs like the Balloons business and birthday parties, promoting the Loyalty Rewards Program, championing MCC/Extend services, driving excellence in the Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar, efficiently executing BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, supporting Custom Framing operations, training and developing the team, and partnering on Asset Protection initiatives to reduce shrink.
