Sales Manager

Plan and execute engaging in-store events, analyze financial and operational reports, and stay ahead of industry trends. Your responsibilities will also include performing beauty services, maintaining prompt attendance, and building a diverse, engaged team. You will be key in associate development, providing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews, while also ensuring team participation in ongoing training. Establish strong brand partner relationships and model teamwork and guest service excellence. This role requires adherence to all Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards, including protecting company assets and minimizing loss through diligent inventory control and loss prevention practices. You will utilize company programs and tools to drive store improvements and communicate business trends to field leadership.
