Join Swiggy as a Sales Manager in Delhi NCR, a full-time, office/field-based role focused on driving growth and client satisfaction. You will be the main point of contact for your assigned client accounts, understanding their objectives, needs, and challenges to develop effective account strategies and action plans. Regular face-to-face business reviews will be conducted to discuss performance, identify improvement areas, and present new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing account performance, sales data, funnel metrics, and market trends to pinpoint growth opportunities and potential challenges. A key focus will be driving business growth for newly onboarded partners by improving their hygiene and health metrics, delivering incremental revenue through monetization and commercial improvements, and increasing counter share for all assigned clients via strategic planning for market dominance. You will be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with restaurant owners, ensuring best-in-class restaurant Net Promoter Score (NPS), and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and promptly address any issues. This role also involves proactive lead generation and approaching potential clients to present Swiggy's value proposition and secure new partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of e-commerce activities and online marketing channels, and a confident, go-getter personality. You should possess effective communication skills, a positive attitude and aptitude for sales, and be a team player able to work with diverse individuals. Analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, leadership, and influencing capabilities are crucial for identifying and building networks, achieving results through well-planned approaches, and adapting to change to implement effective solutions. Creativity and initiative are highly valued to drive business forward and champion Swiggy's values as its market representative.
