TUD SPACES, a leading firm in interior design and turnkey commercial solutions, is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead the end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects in Ahmedabad. This pivotal role demands leadership, strategic planning, financial oversight, and a commitment to delivering projects that embody TUD SPACES' vision of excellence.

As Sales Manager, you will be the central orchestrator, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, maintaining ownership, precision, and accountability throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the comprehensive execution of commercial interior projects, including offices, retail outlets, hospitality spaces, and corporate environments.
  • Develop meticulous project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, manpower allocation, and procurement strategies.
  • Review and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQs), technical drawings, specifications, and execution methodologies.
  • Oversee site operations, guiding contractors, engineers, and vendors to uphold quality and ensure project progress.
  • Monitor project expenditures, control costs effectively, and strive to achieve profitability targets.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, providing transparent progress updates and fostering strong relationships.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, technical requirements, and quality benchmarks.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  • Manage project documentation, billing processes, vendor coordination, and successful project handovers.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-5 years of practical experience in executing commercial interior projects.
  • Solid technical understanding of materials, finishes, structural coordination, and MEP integration.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects for offices, retail, hospitality, or large-scale commercial ventures.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with robust experience in vendor management and cost optimization.
  • Proven leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing on-site teams effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
