KBros Aristo Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in the interior design industry. This permanent position is based in Ahmedabad, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand strong relationships with architects, interior designers, OEMs, and modular dealers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly sales targets through proactive field engagement.
- Oversee order management, develop compelling product displays, and drive market expansion initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for OEM teams, designers, and dealers.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, studios, and designers to broaden our network.
- Collaborate with the Branch Head by providing essential MIS reports, funnel planning, and business forecasting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the interior design market.
- Experience in sales management, particularly within the hardware, wardrobe, or laminating sectors is advantageous.
- A background in interior design sales is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
Eligibility:
- A minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in wardrobes, modular kitchens, laminates, hardware, or interior brands.
