Full Job Description
Xperteez Technology is seeking experienced Sales Managers and Sales Executives to join their team in the rapidly expanding solar and renewable energy sector. This is a field-based, permanent role focused on driving regional market expansion across North India. The company offers a high-growth opportunity within a crucial industry, with direct impact on regional expansion and performance-driven career advancement. The ideal candidate is target-driven, possesses strong regional market understanding, and excels in lead generation and deal closure with high ownership and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities for Sales Manager Role:
- Build and expand distributor and channel partner networks.
- Drive lead generation through field visits and market outreach.
- Manage dealer onboarding and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Identify regional business opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
- Convert B2B opportunities into revenue.
- Negotiate and close commercial deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Track competitor activity and analyze market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Eligibility and Requirements:
- Proven experience in Channel Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development.
- Background in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Energy, or Industrial B2B sectors is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation and partner management skills.
- Comfortable with travel and field sales activities.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Compensation and Work Details:
- Sales Manager: Up to ₹12 LPA (Maximum Budget)
- Sales Executive: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
- Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
- Role Type: Field-Based
