About The Role And Team
As a Sales Lead (iGaming) at CreateFuture, you will be instrumental in driving new business across the betting and gaming sector, encompassing sportsbooks, casinos, gaming platforms, and emerging digital operators. Your focus will be on identifying, shaping, and closing significant opportunities by collaborating with senior stakeholders to resolve complex product, platform, and customer experience challenges. This is a proactive 'hunter' role requiring you to build pipeline from the ground up, cultivate relationships in a competitive market, and establish CreateFuture as a trusted challenger partner.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead new business acquisition within the iGaming sector through targeted outreach, industry events, and network expansion.
  • Engage senior decision-makers across Product, Technology, and Digital functions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear visibility of deal progression.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions of won projects to Client Services and Delivery teams.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CTO, CPO, CIO, Digital leaders), understanding their platform, product, and commercial needs to shape value-driven solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, including developing proposals, defining win strategies, leading presentations, and negotiating agreements.
  • Achieve and surpass revenue targets by prioritizing high-impact opportunities and executing a focused iGaming go-to-market strategy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends (platform modernization, real-time data, personalization, AI, regulatory changes) to inform and shape CreateFuture's offerings.

We’d Love To Talk To You If You

  • Possess 8+ years in business development, sales, or related roles within the iGaming, betting, or gaming platforms industry.
  • Have a proven record of exceeding revenue targets in a hunter-focused role.
  • Maintain a strong network within betting & gaming operators or platform providers.
  • Are experienced in engaging and influencing C-suite and senior digital/technology stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to originate, shape, and close complex, high-value deals.
  • Employ a strong consultative selling approach focused on client outcomes.
  • Have experience structuring and closing multi-year, complex engagements.
  • Can articulate value effectively in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including: Sportsbook and casino platforms, customer acquisition/retention/personalization, regulatory considerations, and platform scalability.
  • Have a strong grasp of technology's role in iGaming transformation, including: Digital product development, platform engineering, customer experience/UX, front-end technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), scalable architectures, real-time data/AI, and modern software delivery (Agile, DevOps).
