Kivonyx Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad, India, is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Executive. This critical role involves meticulous monitoring and analysis of sales performance, providing essential training and support to the sales team, and formulating strategic initiatives to boost overall sales force efficiency. The SFE Executive will play a key part in enhancing customer service standards, strengthening internal and external communication channels, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales management practices to achieve the organization's ambitious goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency in sales and sales management, experience in training program development, and a proven ability to analyze performance data and implement impactful strategies. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred, as is experience with CRM tools or sales tracking software. The role requires working effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include managing and analyzing secondary sales data, tracking market penetration, updating target sheets, calculating monthly field force incentives, monitoring and analyzing Daily Call Reports (DCR) to identify performance gaps, and preparing comprehensive MIS reports. The role also entails ensuring timely report submissions from the field force, verifying medical representative expenses and transport invoices, overseeing Pharmavital Software management, and managing the onboarding and training of new joiners on reporting software and organizational guidelines. Additionally, the SFE Executive will manage HR and Admin operations including the Keka lifecycle, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), administering group accident policies, managing corporate Zaggle Cards, and overseeing general office administration and data entry.
Required qualifications include 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, SFE, or Commercial Excellence, preferably within the Pharma industry. Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Keka (HRMS), and Ecubix (or similar CRM/SFE tools) is essential. A strong analytical mindset capable of transforming raw sales data into actionable insights and excellent coordination skills to liaise effectively with Finance, HR, and Marketing teams are crucial for success in this role.
