Sales Executive/Sales Engineer

Role Overview

You will act as the critical technical and commercial link between our company and clients in Hyderabad and beyond. Your primary objective is to identify new buyers, demonstrate equipment capabilities, and consistently meet ambitious sales targets.

• New Client Acquisition: Proactively visit research labs, universities, hospitals, and manufacturing plants to generate leads.
• Technical Presentations: Articulate the complex features of our lab equipment portfolio, including analyzers, microscopes, furnaces, and other scientific instruments, with confidence and clarity.
• Product Demos & Training: Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase value propositions and provide basic training sessions for clients on operational best practices.
• Commercial Negotiation: Prepare competitive price quotes, negotiate contract terms effectively, and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
• Customer Support Liaison: Collaborate closely with our internal service team to ensure seamless installation and proper functionality of delivered equipment at client sites.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a driven professional who thrives in field sales environments. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Engineering (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical) or Science (Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics).

• Field Sales Experience: 1 to 3 years specifically dealing with lab equipment or scientific instruments.
• Technical Expertise: A solid grasp of laboratory workflows and industry testing standards is essential for credible client interactions.
• Communication Skills: Possess strong negotiation abilities, clear verbal communication skills, and exceptional presentation aptitude to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned sales region (Hyderabad and surrounding areas) is a must-have.
