Inside Sales Executive Role

We are seeking energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Inside Sales Executives to join our expanding team in Bengaluru. This role demands proactive engagement with prospective clients, deep understanding of their needs, and the ability to effectively promote our services. Successful candidates will convert leads into sales, build lasting customer relationships, and consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Engage potential customers through outbound calls to explore their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Qualify leads, follow up systematically, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for seamless customer experiences.
• Articulate product/service features and benefits with clarity and conviction.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain meticulous records of interactions.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where performance drives growth.

Eligibility: Minimum qualification of 10th Pass/PUC/Any Degree. Experience in sales, telecalling, or BPO is a plus. Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
