Field Sales Executive - Industrial Products in Pune
Snehavardhan Filtrox Systems is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join their team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for direct customer engagement and a proven track record in selling industrial products. You will be instrumental in promoting and selling advanced Air Filters, Air Filtration Systems, and Laboratory Equipment to a diverse clientele across key sectors in Pune, including Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing, Hospitals, and Research Institutes.
About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, responsible for understanding their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions. Your day-to-day activities will involve extensive field work, building rapport with customers, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target industries in the Pune region.
- Effectively promote and market Snehavardhan's air filtration and laboratory equipment solutions.
- Conduct on-site customer visits, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and engage in in-depth technical discussions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, and diligently follow up to secure orders.
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Consistently achieve set monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Actively gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal technical and service departments to ensure client satisfaction and efficient project delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the industrial products sector.
- Comfortable and skilled in interacting with Engineers, Purchase Managers, and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication abilities in Hindi, English, and a relevant regional language.
- A self-driven, confident, and highly target-oriented individual.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Email).
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field travel.
Educational Requirements
A Diploma or Graduate degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce is preferred.
