Success Stories-HR Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Industry Sales Executive specializing in weighing solutions and weighing machines. This role is based in Kolkata and offers a competitive salary of up to ₹50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.

As an Industry Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of weighing machines and comprehensive weighing solutions. Your duties will include conducting regular industry visits to identify and engage potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers across assigned territories in and around Kolkata. You will leverage your understanding of customer requirements to propose suitable solutions, prepare compelling sales proposals, quotations, and manage follow-ups effectively. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets is a key expectation. You will also collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth installations and excellent after-sales support. Gathering market intelligence and competitor information will be crucial for strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive industry visits to identify and engage potential clients in manufacturing, logistics, food processing, steel, FMCG, pharma, and chemical sectors.
• Effectively promote and sell a range of weighing machines and innovative weighing solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and successfully convert them into closed sales.
• Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing clientele.
• Accurately assess customer needs and recommend tailored weighing solutions.
• Develop professional sales proposals, accurate quotations, and manage the sales follow-up process.
• Consistently meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Liaise with technical and service departments for seamless product installations and ongoing support.
• Acquire and analyze market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
