Sales Engineer - Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) & Structural Steel in Pune

TIGI HR is seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Engineer with specialized experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and structural steel solutions. This role is pivotal for business development, encompassing techno-commercial coordination and driving order closure for a variety of industrial and commercial projects across Pune, Maharashtra, and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead lead generation and conversion for PEB structures, including warehouses and industrial facilities.
• Cultivate relationships with architects, consultants, EPC contractors, and end clients to generate inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with design and estimation teams to prepare comprehensive proposals and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Develop and present compelling techno-commercial offers, skillfully negotiating contract terms to secure business.
• Actively monitor tenders and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), ensuring the timely finalization of orders.
• Meet and exceed defined sales targets, diligently maintaining CRM updates for pipeline management.
• Provide essential support for site visits and contribute to smooth project handover processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of PEB systems, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and cost estimation principles.
• Exceptional negotiation and client management abilities are essential for building strong, lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required.
• A strong willingness to travel extensively within the Pune region and beyond to meet business needs.
