Full Job Description
SaaS Labs is seeking a high-impact Sales Engineer for their ServiceAgent product in Noida, India. ServiceAgent is an AI Operations Platform designed for service-based businesses, automating front and back office tasks to enable 24/7 operations, revenue capture, cost reduction, and streamlined communication. This role involves owning the entire sales cycle, from demo to conversion, and onboarding new businesses. The position requires in-office presence four days a week in Noida to foster collaboration and real-time problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include identifying prospective users, managing the full sales cycle, leveraging product knowledge in workflow automations, APIs, and IPaaS for technical solutioning, delivering tailored product demos and POCs, driving trial success, and building progress trackers. The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven insights, including PQL scores and product usage, to guide customer progression.
Ideal candidates will possess a proven ability to close deals, elite verbal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proactive, high-agency attitude. Experience in sales, pre-sales, or solution engineering, with 1-4 years of experience, is preferred. Prior experience in 0-1, 1-10 environments, or founder's offices, and a preference for working with US markets are significant advantages.
