Sales Engineer

Shyam Global Technoventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with a specialization in Parking Systems to join their team in Pune, India, with site visits as required. This role is pivotal for business development, technical consultation, and client acquisition within the parking systems domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a robust technical understanding, and a consultative sales approach to drive B2B sales across real estate, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, proposing suitable parking technologies (puzzle, stacker, shuttle, tower), preparing technical proposals and BOQ-based quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and influencing project planning with architects, consultants, and contractors. The goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term client relationships. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is required, along with 2-5 years of experience in selling mechanical/automated parking systems. Essential skills include a strong grasp of parking system layouts, excellent communication, project coordination, negotiation abilities, and experience working with industry professionals. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is expected, with basic CAD or layout reading being a plus.
