Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales of valves and other products within the Building Material Industry in Mumbai. This role involves direct client engagement, including product presentations to MEP and plumbing contractors, builders, and developers. The ideal candidate will possess a BE or B.Tech degree and 2-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth and Target Achievement: Proactively increase sales of company products, meet and exceed set targets, and expand the client base within the building material sector.
• Client Engagement and Presentations: Conduct effective product presentations for a diverse clientele including MEP contractors, plumbing contractors, consultants, builders, and developers. Identify and secure new business opportunities while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Market Intelligence: Gather valuable customer feedback, conduct thorough market research, and stay informed about product advancements and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Sales Strategy and Reporting: Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Analyze sales performance data and provide comprehensive reports to senior management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Possession of a BE or B.Tech degree is mandatory.
• Demonstrated sales experience within the Building Material Industry.
• In-depth understanding of MEP and plumbing systems and industry practices.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
