Sales Engineer - HVAC Systems

Trac Fujico Air Systems is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive lead generation and secure orders for comprehensive Turnkey Centralized HVAC systems. This role involves promoting a wide range of products including Chillers & Chilled water systems, VRF systems, Ventilation systems, Air washers, dehumidifiers, and Scrubbers. You will be responsible for both product and project sales, engaging directly with new construction sites, consultants, architects, PMCs, industries, and commercial clients. A target-oriented marketing approach is essential, along with excellent client engagement and prompt adherence to bidding procedures, handling both technical and commercial aspects of bids to achieve order booking targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Exceptional communication skills in English and local languages.
• Proven ability to impress clients and strong presentation skills with good retention.
• A passion for client interaction and a willingness to travel extensively.
• Readiness to travel to other locations and outstations as required for business development.
• Prior experience in HVAC, MEP, Engineering, Mechanical Projects, or Products is highly preferred.
• Possession of a two-wheeler for local travel (official travel costs will be reimbursed).
• Dynamic, self-driven, and eager to take on challenges.
