Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer with 2+ years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and building strong relationships with project managers, consultants, and contractors to drive business growth in Gurugram and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients in the assigned territory, focusing on the Gurugram region.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements.
- Meet and coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of technical sales and project-based selling within the Indian market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on engaging clients in Gurugram and other specified locations.
- Willingness to travel for site visits across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, and Haryana.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to generate and convert leads independently.
- Strong networking ability with industry professionals in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Good knowledge of project management processes.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused individual.
