Full Job Description
EndoZen India Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Gurugram. This is a permanent, field-based role primarily focused on driving business development and building strong relationships within the hospital and healthcare sectors. You will be instrumental in promoting our specialized flexible endoscope repair and service solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to present EndoZen's flexible endoscope repair services.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including biomedical teams, purchasing departments, and medical practitioners.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and generate leads for repair services.
- Manage the logistics of scope pickups and ensure seamless communication with clients throughout the service process.
- Implement regular follow-up strategies to nurture and sustain long-term client partnerships.
- Provide clients with a clear, basic understanding of the technical aspects of our repair services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in biomedical equipment sales, medical equipment sales, or healthcare sales.
- Demonstrated confidence and a strong presence in hospital environments.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- A self-driven and results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets.
- Possession of a valid 2-wheeler license and the availability of a 2-wheeler is mandatory for this field role.
