Full Job Description
We are seeking motivated Sales Engineers to join a leading global engineering group with a strong presence across India. This is a permanent role with multiple openings in locations including Kolkata, Raipur, Bhubaneshwar, Vadodara, Ratnagiri, Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Kanpur, Chandigarh, Haridwar, Kerala, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Vizag.
As a Sales Engineer, you will report to the Regional Team Leader and be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and driving business growth within your allocated territory. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new customers and business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors, and conducting thorough market mapping, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments. You will also be required to provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence.
The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Chemical) and have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial capital equipment sales. Experience selling engineered solutions is considered an added advantage.
We are looking for individuals with a high energy, result-oriented attitude, strong customer orientation, and excellent relationship management skills. A willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region is essential, along with strong communication skills in English and the local language, and good negotiation and presentation abilities.
