Aces Global Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Delhi, India. This role is integral to our sales team, focusing on driving business growth through a deep understanding of customer needs and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. You will be responsible for providing expert technical support, fostering strong client relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving excellent sales outcomes in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Execute effective sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Articulate the technical benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to sales strategy development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with a technical perspective.
- Travel as required to meet client needs and business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role.
- Solid technical background with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in presenting technical products/services, offering expert advice, and resolving technical queries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building rapport and strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify client needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with a demonstrated history of achieving sales goals and driving revenue.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Building and Sales Strategy development.
