Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Chennai, India. This permanent role involves building and nurturing relationships with key industrial customers, leading engaging presentations and demonstrations, and collaborating with internal sales and technical teams to drive lead progression. You will manage commercial and technical aspects of customer interactions, maintain CRM data integrity, and oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and feedback to upselling new solutions and ensuring renewals. Your insights into customer requirements will be crucial for influencing product development and roadmap discussions. Key skills include strong communication, cross-functional coordination, the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, and experience in technical pre-sales or business development. A BE/BTech in Mechanical, EEE, ECE, or EI is required, along with 2 to 5 years of B2B industrial product sales or technical sales experience.
