The Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding business within an allocated territory, and fostering strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, competitor assessment, and providing sales forecasts. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Instrumentation/Chemical) with 2-3 years of experience in industrial capital equipment sales, preferably with exposure to engineered solutions. Essential competencies include a results-oriented attitude, strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.
