Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Relevant Process Solutions Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad, India, is looking for a driven and capable internal Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging client technical requirements with our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Coordination: Assist external sales teams by preparing comprehensive technical documentation, compelling proposals, and accurate quotations. Develop cost estimates, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and ensure compliance documents for tenders and RFQs. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure essential technical and pricing data. Oversee order processing accuracy and maintain meticulous records within our systems.
• Technical Expertise: Skillfully interpret customer technical needs and translate them into effective, tailored solutions. Provide expert advice to sales teams on product specifications, compatibility, and suitability for specific applications. Create essential technical datasheets, user manuals, and client-focused presentations. Offer crucial technical clarifications to clients via email or phone to support troubleshooting efforts.
• Customer Interaction (Indirect): Respond to customer inquiries with a strong focus on technical detail through email and phone. Facilitate after-sales support by coordinating with internal departments. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through prompt responses and the provision of precise technical information.

Qualifications:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation disciplines.
• Freshers are welcome, or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales engineering, particularly within gas detection or process instrumentation related industries, are preferred.
