This role is crucial for driving new business growth by engaging with inbound leads and fostering collaboration with our marketing and sales departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a pipeline of inbound marketing-generated leads, including existing clients and potential partnerships. You'll leverage social selling tactics to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Close collaboration with commercial and strategic account executives is key to developing effective territory and account plans. You will actively participate in discussions with marketing and sales leadership to shape marketing initiatives, optimize lead generation strategies, and measure progress against ambitious sales goals.
Key responsibilities include meticulously tracking business metrics, such as activity rates, meetings set, and outreach cadence, and being accountable for achieving bookings targets. Proficiency in sales and marketing automation systems like Salesforce, Outreach, and Hubspot is expected. This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the office at least two days per week.
