Join RR Donnelley (RRD) as a Sales Development Executive in Manchester, CT. In this dynamic role, you will drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our extensive portfolio of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. You will proactively identify and cultivate sales leads, nurture relationships with both new and existing strategic clients, and assess their needs to offer tailored RRD products and services. Your responsibilities will include negotiating prices and delivery times, closing sales orders to meet ambitious revenue targets, and developing long-term sales plans for key accounts. You'll also contribute to market intelligence by referring leads, customer feedback, and competitor activity to internal teams, ensuring RRD remains agile in a constantly evolving market. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior sales representatives, recommend cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and collaborate with internal resources to ensure timely and effective project execution. We expect accurate forecasting and diligent record-keeping in Salesforce.com. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring a commitment to continuous learning and providing exceptional customer service.
