Nuwave Music is a leader in artist development, helping aspiring musicians release professional songs. With over 18 years of experience, we guide artists from concept to launch across songwriting, vocal training, and production.

Your Mission: Sell Transformation, Not Just Products

You will speak with inbound prospects who are serious about becoming professional artists. Your goal is to understand their journey, identify what holds them back, recommend the right program, handle objections (especially regarding high-ticket pricing), and convert qualified leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls professionally via phone and video.

• Conduct discovery calls to uncover musical goals and aspirations.

• Build trust through consultative conversations about the artist journey.

• Determine program fit and clearly explain outcomes and value propositions.

• Manage follow-ups diligently; this is a major part of the role.

We Are Looking For

You must have 2+ years as a sales closer in high-ticket B2C. Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills are essential. You need excellent CRM discipline, confidence selling internationally (US/Canada/Australia), and fluency in Punjabi.

• Experience with music, coaching, or education is a plus but strong closing ability is key.
