Role Overview

TalentGum is hiring a Sales Associate for our Domestic market to drive revenue growth within our B2C division. In this individual contributor role, you will lead customer acquisition efforts by conducting consultative counselling sessions with parents, managing the sales pipeline via CRM tools, and fostering long-term relationships to ensure high retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified marketing leads into enrolled learners through consultative sales techniques.
  • Build trust-based relationships with parents to maximize referral opportunities and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of sales metrics and adhere to company compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably within EdTech, e-learning, or B2C sectors.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (with a compensatory off-day).
  • Self-driven mindset with strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Must possess a reliable remote work setup, including stable high-speed internet, a functional PC, and power backup.
