Sales Asscoiate

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team in Nacogdoches, TX. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving product sales. You will be instrumental in promoting our merchandise, achieving sales targets, and ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, as outlined in the customer service manual, from greeting customers upon entry to assisting multiple shoppers during busy periods.
• Actively promote and sell the diverse range of services and merchandise offered by Hibbett.
• Set and pursue personal sales goals to continuously improve selling skills and track overall sales performance.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and standards detailed in the operations, personnel, visual, and customer service manuals, as well as any company directives.
• Contribute to the daily operational efficiency of the store, including fulfilling work and clean-up lists, processing weekly shipments, and maintaining store upkeep.
• Utilize product knowledge and visual merchandising techniques, as guided by the product knowledge manual, to effectively present and sell merchandise.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Proactively identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing issues, and operational challenges to store management.
• Participate actively in all staff meetings and training sessions, including tech clinics.
• Safeguard company assets and financial information by ensuring the integrity of internal control procedures and reporting any potential fraud risks to management.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
