Sales Analyst

Join Nextracker Inc. as a Sales Analyst in Hyderabad, India, reporting to the Team Lead, Sales Analyst. We are seeking individuals who embody innovation, integrity, customer focus, teamwork, and a drive for continuous improvement and high performance. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales proposal processes, generating quotes, and contributing creative input to bid strategies. You will meticulously track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce.com CRM systems, manage CRM reporting, improvements, and modifications, and generate comprehensive sales reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders. A key part of your role will be creating and maintaining sales models to ensure positive contribution margins on all Nextpower sales. You will collaborate closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on creative deal structuring and bid strategy, and learn to utilize PV Syst energy production modeling software for tracking systems. Furthermore, you will work with the Marketing & Product Management Team to provide input on new product development and with Customer Care to ensure efficient communications and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for continuously streamlining, standardizing, and improving proposal templates, bankability binders, and client presentations. Building strong working relationships with other Nextpower departments, including Customer Applications, Cost Accounting, Logistics, and Engineering, will be crucial for ensuring on-time delivery and best-in-class quality of all Nextpower products.
