Tesla Asia is seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer and Operations Specialist for their Mumbai, India team. This role is crucial for maintaining the success of daily operations, supporting internal IAM customers, and ensuring the resilience and stability of the platform. The specialist will play a key part in refining operational workflows, ensuring identity governance and compliance requirements are met, and contributing to platform enhancements and feature development.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy SailPoint IIQ Connectors for various target systems, including hands-on experience with aggregation, workflows, tasks, rules, and roles.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of role-based access control, segregation of duties (SOD), and access certification within SailPoint IIQ.
• Integrate IAM systems with in-house, third-party, and SaaS applications for provisioning, identity authentication, and developing connectors between IAM tools and system resources.
• Build and develop systems and processes to transparently enforce the principle of least privilege.
• Collaborate across functions to enhance IAM solutions, ensuring compliance requirements and best practices are met.
• Work with relevant compliance teams to research and translate global regulatory requirements for access management and identity governance into technical solutions.
• Lead research into emerging trends, orchestrate product evaluations, and select the latest industry standards and tools.
• Conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new Access Management products and services to validate integration needs.
• Manage all aspects of large, cross-functional, globally distributed, and complex projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with the SailPoint IIQ module.
• Strong development experience in implementing LCM events, workflows, rules, and custom reports.
• Knowledge of all SailPoint installation and deployment flavors.
• Proven ability to manage project constraints, including time and quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple participating teams.
