Safety Officer

About the Role

The Safety Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division. You will lead workplace health and safety programs, conduct regular inspections of production areas, and ensure strict compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily hazard identification and risk assessment coordination
• Maintenance of comprehensive safety documentation
• Support in incident and accident investigations including root cause analysis
• Planning and delivery of safety training sessions for diverse teams (shop floor & office)
• Collaboration with operations, HR, and security to implement corrective actions and emergency response procedures
• Promotion of a strong safety culture across the facility
