Safety Officer

OCS Group in Navi Mumbai is looking for a dedicated Safety Officer with 2 years of experience. This role requires a Bachelor of Science degree and a completed AIDS (Advanced Information & Data Science) Course from a Government Institute. The Safety Officer will be responsible for maintaining workplace health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments, identifying hazards, investigating incidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key duties include daily site inspections, implementing safety policies, preparing safety reports, conducting toolbox talks and training, monitoring PPE usage, maintaining accident records, coordinating emergency drills, and assisting management in improving safety performance. Strong skills in risk assessment, hazard identification, safety audits, compliance monitoring, incident investigation, emergency response planning, documentation, data analysis, and reporting are essential.
