You will be instrumental in collaborating with product, design, and tech teams to optimize campaigns, assets, and messaging through AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-powered marketing strategies across various digital channels, including social media, email, SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, and Perplexity to automate and enhance content creation, ad copy generation, and campaign ideation.
• Build and manage sophisticated marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or custom AI-driven pipelines.
• Analyze customer data and market trends using advanced AI analytics tools to continuously optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Oversee SEO and content strategy, employing AI-driven insights from tools like SurferSEO, Clearscope, and NeuronWriter.
• Generate compelling campaign visuals using generative AI tools including Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, and Leonardo AI.
• Integrate AI chatbots or recommendation systems to significantly enhance user engagement and lead nurturing processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-enhanced growth experiments.
• Stay abreast of and explore new AI tools and marketing technologies to consistently improve efficiency and foster creativity.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), growth metrics, and overall marketing performance using AI-based dashboards and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Digital Marketer, Growth Marketer, or Full Stack Marketer.
• A strong understanding of marketing automation, analytics, and AI-driven content workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools, including ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, and Notion AI.
• A solid foundation in SEO, SEM, and content marketing fundamentals.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing analytics platforms, and email automation tools.
• Proficiency in social media strategy, ad management, and creative automation techniques.
• Proven ability to design and execute data-driven growth experiments leveraging AI insights.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, experimental, and remote-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building or managing AI-assisted marketing campaigns or SaaS growth funnels.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and optimizing AI-generated marketing outputs.
• Experience integrating AI APIs or automation flows for lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Exposure to data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Experience utilizing A/B testing and personalization tools powered by AI.
• Understanding of marketing attribution models and customer journey mapping.
• A creative eye for visual storytelling and brand design using generative AI tools.
